Threats fall unexpectedly; crises or epidemics break out, wars break out, which we have no influence over. But there are besides irrevocable events that must happen, but the effects cannot be predicted. Like Donald Trump's return to power in the US or even the presidential elections in Poland, which could lead to the fall of Donald Tusk's government.
