Threats fall unexpectedly; crises or epidemics break out, wars break out, which we have no influence on. But there are besides irrevocab events that must happen, but the effects cannot be predicted. Like Donald Trump's return to power in the US or even presidential elections in Poland, which could lead to the collapse of Donald Tusk's government.
