The results of the parliamentary elections leave no illusions – we face the threat of a parliamentary majority which will hit the most crucial rights and freedoms protected by the Polish Constitution and natural law.
In the first place, there is to be a blow in the life and the right of parents to defend children from vulgar sexual education in schools and kindergartens. Second, a blow to household politics and the protection of marriage, as a lasting relation between a female and a man. Third, the attack on the rights of Christians, the autonomy of the Church and freedom of speech and the right to criticize the extremist demands of sex ideologists and LGBT activists. Finally, the serious areas of our sovereignty, including the competence to decide on household matters, competitiveness or wellness policy, will be transferred to the European Union and transnational organisations. Our everyday life is to be transformed and the voice of the defenders of normality is to be re-confused to the manufacture of contempt.
Although any inactive express hope for a right-wing government, we are preparing for the worst-case scenario. As the largest independent centre in Poland acting in defence of constitutional values, we are ready to become the most crucial independent critic and effectively defy the liberal-left majority of parliament and government. The warrant of our effectiveness is the Ordo Iuris community built for 10 years, combining our experts with Donors and Friends in the community of defence of life, household and freedom.
One thing is absolutely certain present – erstwhile left-wing radicals come to power, it will be on us both the work and moral commitment to defend normality, life, family, freedom and the right to exercise free faith
Much indicates that most of the stateless grants of conservative organizations will cease their activities. This is not a threat to us. First of all, our analyses, opinions and comments will be directed to the public and our Friends, mobilising opposition to extremist projects. At the same time, we will take all constitutional measures to block the incorrect law. We will supply arguments in favour of a presidential veto which cannot be rejected in the current composition of the Sejm. We will direct constitutional complaints and inspire applications for constitutional control to the Constitutional Court, inactive ready to block revolutionary and unconstitutional rights. Before courts and tribunals, we will respect the Constitution and respect the rights and freedoms of all Poles.
We will supply legal assistance to any victim of government discrimination against Christians, to the parents of any scandalous sexual education of a child, to any writer or scientist whose mouth will close the laws promised by the left on "talk of hatred".
No household after which the kid will come from officials modeled on the Jugendamt or Barnevernet administration will stay without our effective support. We will defend Polish families until the European Court of Human Rights, where we have already proved respective twelve times the systemic violation of human rights by Norway, set as a model of the “protection of children” by politicians of the erstwhile Polish opposition.

As a substance of fact, the politicians of the parties trying to join the common regulation supported the forced relocations of illegal immigrants and for years ostentatiously attacked the Border defender and the Polish Army for their firm defence of the Polish east border. In the European Parliament, their MEPs are organization to the European Union's national reform, which is to take distant Poland's right of veto and subject our country to the decisions of the majority on matters left to date by the sovereign policy of the Republic.
Protection of life, protection of marriage, household policy, freedom of spiritual worship and protection of the rights of Catholics, as well as freedom of speech and academic freedom, and the right to decide sovereignly on Polish matters – in a fewer weeks they may experience unprecedented attacks.
Under these circumstances, we take on our shoulders an effort to coordinate substantive opposition against revolutionary ideologists. The combination of analytical efforts with cognition of legislative procedures and the anticipation of mobilising public opinion will be a weapon in our hands, which we will usage without hesitation in defending the rights and freedoms of Poles.
To this end, we have not only prepared in advance interior organisational changes and have issued monitoring and intervention programmes which I wrote about at the beginning of this letter. We must besides velocity up a number of investments that find our effectiveness under changed conditions.
It is essential to upgrade the IT infrastructure of the Ordo Iuris Institute, which provides a government-free platform for contact with our Friends and Contributors – and which in fresh days was the subject of unprecedented hacking attacks. The cost of changes will be around PLN 30,000.
Finally, the essential investments in the improvement of survey teams will service this purpose, with peculiar work for opposing extremist policies. This is the most serious expense, due to the fact that it reaches 36,000 PLN per month.
Ultimately, we request to complete investments in the task to systematically advance our analysis and comment on current issues through video recordings and podcasts. Without this channel, we will not be able to penetrate the completely monopolized marketplace of national media by the extremist left. For this intent we must book PLN 12,000 per month. This is the cost of professional recordings, promotions and access to a wide audience
