Ladies and gentlemen,
a fewer days after Karol Nawrocki's election victory, I present in your hands a very different publication. It was created to facilitate the wide and fruitful cooperation of all patriotic environments that want to repair Poland after the period of destructive regulation of Donald Tusk.
On the study “Poland. Reactivation” I have worked personally for the past weeks, summarizing years of Ordo Iuris experience. The editorials were accompanied by discussions with experts of many areas – sometimes with key government positions recently, and sometimes beginning up critical of years of lost chances. Now the programme of 10 pillars of state repair is ready.
From the beginning, I had hoped for the triumph of a patriotic candidate who would become a signal for reconciliation between different social and political environments. However, electoral emotion is not adequate for fruitful cooperation. For this we request a long-term strategy and a coherent imagination of the future Poland – an indication of the foundations on which we can build together.
Such a plan should not come out of any party. Only then can it become a plane of agreement.
Today is the best time for his announcement, erstwhile the upcoming presidency of Karol Nawrocki gives a chance to build the widest patriotic and national environment, geared towards development, freedom and fidelity to the Christian heritage of Poland. That's the kind of card nobody's had in a long time. The president-elect was elected by voters of many parties and environments, receiving as many as 10,606,877 votes, which is the best consequence in 35 years!
The most urgent thing is to fix a country in crisis.
The government refuses to recognise adverse judgments of the ultimate Court and does not comply with the Constitutional Court. For the price of unprecedented concessions, the rulers gained for 1 and a half years abroad support for the instruments of "wardom democracy" implemented and the harnessing of state bodies to fight patriotic opposition. Poland implements the Green Deal policy uncritically and without looking at the mass protests of farmers, adopts the migration pact without hesitation and promotes the EU improvement aimed at the emergence of a single and centralised state of Europe. Large investment projects have been pushed to 4 winds, and the previously profitable state ventures are ruined.
Being active defenders of Poland against destructive attacks of the government, we rapidly understood that the Republic – the common good of all citizens – needs an impulse of reactivation. Only a bold improvement programme can lead to this, which will be free from organization struggles and will bravely scope for solutions that would be unthinkable only recently, and whose implementation we are seeing in the following parts of the Western planet today.
Today a short-lived chance opens to break the atmosphere of impotence and "national perpetuity", which has paralyzed all attempts to break free against the oppressive liberal, socialist and pan-European current. It was time to shake up Poland and Poles from marazmu.
Publication of the study “Poland. Reactivation" combines a clear and liable commitment. The Ordo Iuris Institute and its experts will support in the implementation of this daring improvement program all patriotic environments that want to benefit from it and make it.

POLISH REPORT. REACTIVATION
For the last 36 years Poland has lacked a strategical plan and imagination of the state. The Constitution only creates a framework which specified a strategy must specify. Subsequent governments focused on current problems and issues that were not beyond the next election.
The function of mature analytical centers is to fill this vacuum and to aid politicians in a more far-reaching and strategical reasoning about the state and the future of the nation. Our ambition is to go beyond the limits imposed by current political calculations, which besides frequently direct the attention of decision-makers to short-term, media successes, at the expense of a strategical imagination for development. We believe that independent expert centres, specified as the Ordo Iuris Institute, are obliged to support the Polish political class – regardless of organization colours – in creating long-term solutions crucial for the future of our Homeland.
As the Ordo Iuris Institute we have this highly comfortable position that we are dependent only on thousands of Poles supporting our activity, not on any political parties or public grants.
That is why we can, in a free and motivated way, present the objectives of the programme with real concern for the common good. As a legal centre, we besides have the competence to point to the constitutional roots of the proposed reform.
The failure of Rafał Trzaskowski gives hope that the time of reconstruction of Poland is coming. In order for this hope to be fulfilled, we must have a plan and a concrete imagination of the future – a imagination based not only on courageous reforms and strategical investments, but besides on the foundation of the thousand-year identity of the Polish state and the full European civilization.
Without this, we will again be trapped in tribal mud, organization wars, in the shadow of which Poland loses its sovereignty and independence.
‘Poland. Reactivation" is the 10 pillars of reconstruction of the state, setting priorities and, at the same time, a space of agreement for many patriotic environments.
First, in a strong state, the rule is subsidiarity.
In the first chapter, we show how the constitutional rule of subsidiarity should become an axis that organises the full state. This means a war of red tape, as well as a deep deregulation and release of Poles' creativity, limited by the legal strategy and administration.
Secondly, a sovereign and independent Homeland
We remind you that the issue that organises all abroad policy should be to make optimal conditions for the accomplishment of fundamental national interests that constitute: the biological existence of the nation, the external and interior peace of the state, economical development, civilization, moral and cultural prosperity.
Third, inviolable rights.
Social consent must be based on a closed catalogue of fundamental rights, guaranteeing each of the most crucial areas of security. These rights must include values as apparent as the legal protection of life, freedom of conscience, the protection of the autonomy of household life, the protection of property and freedom of speech. We propose mechanisms that will strengthen their safety and remove them from current political disputes.
Fourthly, the presumption of freedom
The unrestricted expansion of bureaucracy has been accompanied for years by the constant limitation of the freedom of individuals, families and communities. The 4th chapter shows how to guarantee the rule of presumption of freedom, which will shield citizens against the expansion of regulations and bureaucracy in the country and at global level.
Fifth, the foundation of property
The adoption of property protection as the foundation of state policy rapidly cuts dangerous divisions over administrative ownership control or fresh possession taxes. In the 5th chapter, we indicate areas and mechanisms of peculiar property protection.
Six, good courts.
There is no state improvement and there is no good administration without a smooth dimension of fairness. Through democratic engagement of citizens in the selection of judges, their appeal and the exercise of justice, we can reconstruct assurance in the courts. By improving the strategy of judicial governance and subjecting it to democratic control, we can yet reduce the waiting time for the case to be resolved.
Seventh, large investments
The reconstruction of the Polish state requires key strategical infrastructure investments, specified as the construction of the Central Communication Port and its accompanying infrastructure, the improvement of seaports, gas terminals and the construction of a atomic power station. In this chapter, we argue that large investments are not contrary to the rule of subsidiarity. However, they cannot be carried out in areas where citizens are doing rather well.
Eighth, household primacy
Respect for household life should be an crucial regulation on government and a circumstantial area of subsidiarity. Making a household an axis of state policy is besides a consequence to the demographic crisis, which is not caused by the shortcomings of the social system, but by the crisis of national culture and the Christian foundation of social life.
Nine, education in the hands of parents and communities
For the future of Homeland, the improvement of the education system, which is present the subject of a continuous political ideological battle, will be crucial. A good change of Polish education should presume the management of the field of education not by politicians, but by the community of parents and teachers – with the subsidiary function of local governments or another entities conducting schools – within the limits of the general principles of preserving the national culture and Christian identity.
After ten, the Christian foundation of national consent
No state community can be and make without being rooted in the community of ideas and concepts. Poland is rooted in both language, culture and national history, as well as in the Christian planet of values, moral principles, experiences, concepts and associations. Basing the construction of the national community on the affirmation of the Christian identity of the nation is so the most effective means of ensuring the axiological and cultural binder of the state.
The future of Homeland is besides our responsibility!
The assumptions for reconstruction of the Republic presented in the paper “Poland. Reactivation" is the foundation of good state reform.
In order for the improvement to become a reality, a number of draft laws, strategies and objectives for concrete initiatives must be created to implement these plans. Therefore, our ambition for the coming months will be to further make this plan by dressing it in concrete projects, from which he will be able to usage the patriotic camp.
The success of our initiative will only be possible if we presume increased support for our Friends and Contributors. Any specified bill or detailed programming paper is simply a circumstantial cost we cannot bear without the support of people like you.

P.S. This year we celebrate the round, thousandth anniversary of the coronation of Bolesław Chrobry, the beginning of the Kingdom of Poland. This is the perfect time to yet lose the position of an eternal client of Old Europe. If Poland lacks a bold improvement program, we will inactive stay the only contractor of bold plans of another “serious states” that carry out their interests in the world, utilizing serviceful governments specified as Donald Tusk's government. Time to break off this mentality of complexes and inferiority! With pride worthy of our ancestors, we must renew the Republic's strategy in a free and independent way – geared towards restoring the state's fitness and efficiency and affirming freedom, democracy, household and Christian national identity.
