Yemen shakes the Gate of Tears
Pepe Escobar
Ansarallah can now afford to make a toll point – most likely multi-stage – in Bab al-Mandab if he so decides .
No little than 25 years after 9/11, the angel of past strikes another powerful blow. 5 years ago, we witnessed an astounding imperial humiliation in Afghanistan done in a fewer days. Now we are witnessing the astounding humiliation of the vassal syndicate Epstein, Saudi Arabia, in Yemen – besides made in a fewer days.
A series of humiliations now plague the empire like a plague – and we have not even mentioned the impending stratosphere, strategic, duplicate disasters in Western Asia and in the black land of fresh Russia. In ancient Rome, where the rule of ‘division and rule’ was applied, the heads of the emperors were cut off for much little money.
The full collapse of Saudi mercenaries gangs in Yemen is progressing so rapidly that even mainstream media of Epstein Syndicate are forced to admit it. “Rolling Thunder” Ansarallah captures cities and islands, takes in thousands of bandits, frees all prisoners—and grants them amnesty—takes control of the unknown number of American tanks and weapons— Afghanistan Reloaded – And he is hailed as the liberator of Yemen's land throughout the tribe.
And of course Ansarallah officially took over full control (imphasis on my) over mega-strategic Bab al-Mandab, “The Gate of Tears”.
As for cult paintings: Mohammed al-Houthi, cousin of ultimate Leader Abd al-Malika al-Houthi, was photographed in the liberated Al-Djarrahi, leading 1 of countless armored vehicles left by UAE-controlled mercenaries gangs.
The intelligence behind Operation "Rolling Thunder" Ansarallah – described as the largest mass capture operation in the past of modern war – was carefully coordinated with the muslim Revolution defender Corps (IRGC).
The Axis of opposition was well aware that following Iran's devastating attacks on bases in Jordan, the United States' ability to aid Saudis prevent Yemen's invasion was severely limited.
It was a powerful attack along the full The west coast of Yemen: from Hays through Al-Khokha and Al-Mokha to Al-Wazi’iyah, including military camps Khaled and Jabal an-Nar, as well as islands in the Red Sea.
Hizam al-Assad, a associate of the political office of Ansarallah, confirmed in an interview with Al-Mayadeen the "strategic meaning" of the full western coast, ‘and the Al-Khokha region, the Hays region and the Al-Mafqa region as far as Dhabab and Miyaun, as well as Yemeni islands in the Red Sea’.
Hizam al-Assad besides explained that the Saudis had attempted to “create any kind of social division in these regions, whether through their“Dassification” or by exacerbating many regional, spiritual and spiritual peculiarities.”
The context is crucial. In 2015, Riyadh organized an arabian version of the "voluntary coalition" aimed fundamentally at expelling Ansarallah/Huti from the capital, Sana.
Colossal defeat – even despite the blockade of Yemen's ports and unparadoxed bombings (I was shown respective goals, any of which were rebuilt, from Sana to Saada). Since 2022 there has been a kind of unofficial ceasefire by letter of intent. Saudis broke them in July, attacking a runway at Sana airport.
How we won on the West Coast
Hizam al-Assad “ We had estimates that the occupier would collapse from within these regions... We assumed that the people would rebel and expel him... The retreat of the enemy was indeed fast and chaotic.... The enemy has no hidden allies in Yemen, and especially local tools that implement Saudi plans for money."
Western depictions of Yemeni "aggression" one more time do not even scope the level of absurdity. Hizam al-Assad clearly states: “We carry out actions that force the equation “block after lock” and “escalation after escalation”, and that is our main objective. If the enemy of Saudi Arabia had not attempted to disrupt this course and break this equation (...), our course is clear: take Yemen's due rights and break the blockade imposed on our country by the enemy of Saudi Arabia."
The U.S. Navy had previously been driven out of the Red Sea by advanced Yemeni armed forces – including hypersonic missiles, 100% produced in the country. Looks like Riyadh didn't learn from the situation.
Yemeni armed forces confirmed that the Saudis carried out dozens of air strikes “in the provinces of Ta’izz, Al-Hudajda, Marib and Al-Jawf” utilizing F-15 and Typhoon fighters, launched from King Fahd Air Base in Ta’if and King Khalid Air Base in Chamis Mushhait.
A steadfast spokesperson for Yemeni armed forces, Brigadier-General Yahya Saree – whom I had the pleasance of gathering personally in Yemen last year – confirmed that Yemeni ground-to-air missiles forced Saudis and their mercenaries to leave the base in Taizé, 1 of the bases specifically designed to exert force on Yemen.
Taizé is crucial: it is 1 of the largest cities in Yemen. Ansarallah now has full control – a immense strategical gain.
In terms of strategical location, small can compare to the island of Mayun – besides known as Perim – located in the heart of the Bab al-Mandab Strait. There is simply a military airport and military base built by the United arabian Emirates in cooperation with Israel, equipped with state-of-the-art weapons. All of this is presently owned by Ansarallah.
As Ansarallah now controls practically the full west coast, the remaining remains fundamentally only Marib – due to oil and gas deposits – and the port of Aden, where most of the mercenaries' forces sent against Sana are concentrated.
Saudi Arabia dilemma: loser-lost
“Rolling Thunder” Ansarallah complicates the chessboard in Western Asia – and beyond – in a truly fascinating way. Oil prices are out of control. The muslim Revolutionary defender Corps warns against utilizing a fresh weapon that “will lead imperialists to a heart attack” – by breaking the wobbly American naval blockade.
Great Praised Defence Alliance Mecca She's having her first serious birth pain. Turkey is already, in a sense, engaged in the war of Saudi Arabia with Yemen – Turkish drones have been falling from the sky in Yemen like flies for weeks. Pakistan carefully warned that the defence pact could be activated – only to retreat later and explain that it did not apply to the existing situation (such as the war in Saudi Arabia, which began in 2015).
MbS should make a pilgrimage to the Gate to mourn his strategical tears. Nothing that comes from Saudi Arabia – even seagulls – will pass through Bab al-Mandab under the supervision of Yemeni forces.
Now, let's connect this to the large Bang: a coordinated, multiple attack on the Abqaiq-Yanbu pipeline, which, after blocking the Strait of Ormuz, is the last remaining export way for Saudi oil. A huge, hundred-kilometre-long column of black smoke floating in the desert sky was captured in the Sentinel-3 satellite photos.
Consequence: Nitrogen fertiliser production costs are expected to get completely out of control from Europe to Asia. Wheat, rice and maize will surely fall rapidly – which coincides with the sharp emergence in diesel prices. Irrigation and harvesting will become the privilege of the rich.
Ansarallah now has the luxury of setting a toll point – most likely multi-stage – on Bab al-Mandab, if he so decides. However, for Riyadh there will be no exceptions; the stupid Bedouins of the desert will simply receive a list of strict demands.
The prospects of Saudi Arabia are bleak, as the country is in the worst possible situation: its land-based oil infrastructure is in ruins, and maritime export routes are blocked.
The conviction has not yet been handed down.
But it moves and speaks in an ominous way, as if Saudi Arabia were to be destroyed and turned into a desert wilderness—for the benefit of average suspects. (Total translation 1:1 into German, without cuts and...)
