Jelcz invests in fresh abilities. And he pays more penalties

Jelcz, the largest maker of trucks for the Armed Forces of Poland, has late received backing to grow production capacity in consequence to the increased request of the army for various types of vehicles. At the same time, however, existing contracts are delayed and the Armed Forces Agency charges fresh contractual penalties.
