One-off budget allowance accepted by the Sejm

The Sejm passed an amendment to this year's budget, which assumes, among another things, that additional money will be paid to employees of the broad public finance sphere. It is, according to the erstwhile information, about just over PLN 1,100. This money is to be paid – besides to uniforms – as part of a one-time addition. However, this thought does not like part of the environment that says that a one-time bonus is not a raise.
