Jarosław Kaczyński - by decision of the Committee on Ethics of the Polish Parliament - was punished with a informing for the April incidental in the Sejm with the participation of Roman Giertych. The president of Law and Justice then called politics "the chief sadist", referring to the death of Barbara Skrzypek.
