Jarosław Kaczyński didn't want Donald Tusk recalled? Why didn't he vote?

After us a very stormy day in the Polish Sejm. After 7 hours of sitting, 2 speeches by Prime Minister Donald Tusk and questions asked by Members, a vote of assurance for Prime Minister Tusk took place. Interestingly, PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński did not participate in the vote, although the full law and justice club voted against the Prime Minister.
