Jarosław Kaczyński actively participated in the celebrations in his memory on the 15th anniversary of the death of his brother, Lech Kaczyński. In addition to giving an extended interview and attending the Holy Mass, the PiS president gave a speech in front of the Presidential Palace. In it, he said that the authorities of Poland, but besides of another countries, should loudly call the Smolensk disaster a crime: "This is our duty."
