Jarosław Kaczyński after the decision of the president of TK. “I hope the time comes that these gentlemen will halt laughing”

Jarosław Kaczyński besides said that the executive authority does not recognise any of the judges. “This has nothing to do with the constitutional system,” he said. He argued that there was a situation “when human rights were straight violated”.

— At the moment, a wave of various types of repression is on the rise, which is completely unfounded to Members,” continued the president of the Law and Justice Office. “These are things that did not happen in Poland after 89′, and these are things that are simply a change in the real strategy of our state. This claim is besides entirely justified, he said.

— I know there was a first reaction. The Prime Minister is playing ping pong and this is the most crucial thing for him. We will not neglect to inform the public in various ways. I besides thank the Prime Minister for allowing us to do so. And second of all, they were laughs, and it's not funny. I wanted to express my deep hope that the time would come for these gentlemen to halt laughing,” said Jarosław Kaczyński.

In this way, he referred to a recording published by Donald Tusk on the X portal moments before the message of the president of PiS.

According to Bogdan Świętczkowski, the persons described by him in the paper "work in an organized criminal group, at short intervals in the execution of a pre-conceived intention, with the aim of changing the constitutional strategy of the Polish Republic and acting to cease the activities of constitutional bodies of the Polish Republic, including the Constitutional Court, the National Judiciary Council and the ultimate Court".
