Report from the committee on the request to waive immunity Jarosław Kaczyński presented to the Parliament on Wednesday Tomasz Głogowski (KO).
Rules of Procedure, parliamentary and immunity committees decided to submit to the Sejm a advice to accept the motion to bring the penal president of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński to the gathering on 21 February.
Immunity of Jarosław Kaczyński. Conclusion by Krzysztof Brejza
Kaczyński's motion to take work was made by the current Euro MP Krzysztof Brejza As a private prosecutor. The case concerns Kaczyński's words before the Pegasus Committee of Inquiry, erstwhile he referred to Breiza as "a crucial policy of opposition formation", which is "permissible for serious and appalling crimes".
Głogowski stressed that president of the Law and Justice was not present at the gathering of the Rules of Procedure Committee, where he was represented by a PiS MP Zbigniew Bogucki.

He added that Jarosław Kaczyński sent a letter to the members of the committee "in which he asked for consent to be held accountable". Głogowski noted that "both Mr Kaczyński (lettered – ed.) and Mr Bogucki" at the committee's gathering "tryed to convince the Members that it was an opinion, not an accusation".
He added that, in support of his words, “the Kaczyński MP quoted the judgments of the courts that did not constitute defamation of the message and statements which were the realization of opinions based on truth.”
It's a pegasus-watched breiza. “Was there a reason?”
Głogowski stressed that during the discussion at the committee, it was asked, “What disgusting crimes Jarosław Kaczyński accused of Krzysztof Breja‘. – Whether he was dealing drugs, killing children, or possibly any another disgusting crimes he committed – he reported.
– We all know about the source. We remember that Mr Brejza was the subject of a six-month, illegal surveillance utilizing the Pegasus tool – the rapporteur of the committee pointed out. – Was there any reason and an attachment to the surveillance of Krzysztof Brejza with the aid of Pegasus? There was none, said Mr Ko.
As he noted, the president of the Law and Justice Office had no right to have access to any information attributing to Mr Breja. "When he spoke of the disgusting crimes committed by Krzysztof Brejza, erstwhile he claimed that he was based on conjecture at the time, on the fact that he said it was according to his discernment – this discernment could not have in any way," Głogowski said. “Perhaps 1 of the officers of the service, wishing to delight himself, assured him that they would find something in a moment, they would dig something up,” added Mr KO.
Referring to alleged crimes committed by Krzysztof Brejza, he pointed out: "There was no specified thing. There's never even been a shadow of charges against Christopher Brejza.
“This is why the Rules of Procedure Committee on Polish and Immunity Affairs gave a majority opinion on Mr Krzysztof Brejza’s request to accept the work of Jarosław Kaczyński,” said Głogowski.
