Japan will change the "peaceful" constitution?

The current Constitution of Japan has been in force since 1947. Recently, 1 of the most frequently discussed articles of the document, besides called the “Constitution of Peace”, is the 1 concerning “Japan's denunciation of the right to war”. Chapter II of this Constitution contains only 1 article, Article 9, which indicates that:
