Japanese resume V-22 Osprey flights

On March 21, nipponese media reported that the self-defence forces of this country resumed the flights of the transport aircraft's vertical take-off and landing Bell/Boeing V-22 Osprey. This is the consequence of administrative decisions announced by the Americans on March 8.
