Japan, USA, Canada practice close the Kuril Islands

The nipponese Marine defence Force reported the launch of naval maneuvers with U.S. and Canada Navys off the coast of the Kuril Islands on Monday," reported Kyodo. These are the first exercises in past close the islands under Russian control to which Japan claims.
