Japan is discussing its own atomic weapons (again) [COMMENTARY]

The deteriorating global situation, including the increasing power of China, the ongoing expansion of North Korea's arsenals and unsettled relations with Russia, has led to voices in Tokyo again suggesting a departure from the current policy of completely rejecting atomic weapons.
