Japan considers handing out arms to allies

Japan is considering further liberalisation of rules related to the export of the armaments it produces. Even types of offensive weapons specified as tanks or ammunition can be joined in life-saving equipment and situational awareness. The changes are connected with the desire to strengthen cooperation with another countries in the region, besides afraid about the emergence of the power of the People's Republic of China.
