Małgorzata Manowska is expected to - according to Janusz Kowalski - authorize the actions of Adam Bodnar. This is the consequence of appointing 11 presidents of the alleged disciplinary courts at the courts of appeal. In the case of these appointments, the law was violated due to the failure to get a mandatory opinion from the National Council of the Judiciary - the MP believes. Kowalski did not mince his words, calling Manowska "one of the top personnel mistakes of the 3rd Polish Republic".
