The Roman Dmowski National Foundation Gala was held at the Warsaw Library's Chamber of Kierbedziów, which culminates in the yearly competition: “The Best Book on the past and Political thought of National Democracy”.

The verdict of the Competition Commission was as follows:

"Protocol of the Jury of the Roman Dmowski National Foundation Award "Best book on the past and political thought of National Democracy”:

Competition Commission composed of Jan Engelgard (president), Przemysław Piasta and Adam Laughter (members) acting under paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Rules of the Competition "Best Book on the past and Political thought of National Democracy", after examining the content of the books nominated for the Roman Dmowski National Foundation Award for the year 2022, decided what follows:

1.The Main Prize Grant John Greased for preparing for printing (introduction and drafting) the book Jędrzeja Giertycha entitled “Behind the northern cordon (East Prussia)()’, in the technological Society. Wojciech Kętrzyński in Olsztyn, first published in 1934 and a collection of his reports from the area of Warmia, Mazury and Powiśla.

In the opinion of the Jury, the reopening of Jędrzej Giertych's book is an crucial publishing event resembling not only the author's achievements, but besides the full thought of Western National Democracy. The winner of the Main Award, Dr. Jan Chłosta, is an activist and a scientist who deserves the Polish case in Warmia and Mazury. He is the author of respective crucial historical works, including “Gazeta Olszyńska”, and the author of countless articles in “Words in Warmia and Mazury”, “Life of Olszyński” and “Warmiński Messenger”. He is the recipient of many awards, including the Michał Lengowski nations and the Wojciech Kętrzyński Humanist Award. The Jury awards the Main Award to Dr. Jan Chłoście wants to besides appreciate his life's achievements and work to preserve the memory of the Polish national movement in Warmia and Mazury.

Jan Chłosta (born 1938) is simply a Warmiac, he was gassed at least from 1960 in memory of the Polish movement in Warmia and Mazury, edited, among others, the Paxowski's “Word in Warmia and Mazury”, and from 1984 to 1986 was the Editor-in-Chief of the PAX Publishing Institute (he prepared for the publication of Roman Dmowski's “Polish Policy and Restoration of the State” which was published in 1988). After 1989 he is given in social and technological work in Olsztyn in the Warmia-Masurian Voivodeship.

Presentations of the nominated books were made by Dr. Maciej Motas and awards of the Main Award: Jan Engelgard (President of the Competition Committee) and Przemysław Piasta (President of the Roman Dmowski National Foundation). Jan Chłosta in his speech reminded Jędrzej Giertych on Mazury, his merit for the Polish movement. In the 1970s, Jan Chłosta corresponded with Jędrzej Giertych, he retained 8 letters from him, which will be published in the next volume of the "National Democracy Archives".
