Jan Hartman born 18 March 1967 in Wrocław, Polish philosopher and bioethic, prof. of humanities, publisher and publicist, academic lecturer, politician. He is the boy of Stanisław Hartman and the great-great-grandson of Rabbi Isaac Kramsztek. He graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin in 1990. In 2008, he received the title of prof. of Humanities Sciences and then took up the position of prof. of the Jagiellonian University (since 2011 average professor). From 2005 to 2008, he was prof. of the Humanities Academy in Pułtusek, in 2008 he became prof. of the Malopolska Higher School of Economics in Tarnów, where he worked until 2011. In his technological work, he deals with metaphilosophy (philosophy, authorial task of alleged neutrum theory), doctrine of politics, ethics and bioethics, presenting liberal views in public debates.
He is the author of respective books. He published or publishes, among others, in “Gazeta Wyborcza”, “The Common Week”, “The diary of the Legal Gazeta”, “Rzeczpospolita”, “Politics”, “Newsweek”, “Political Review”, “Liberte”, “Cross”, “Marketing in Practice”, “Mid”, “Facts and Myths”. He besides serves as editor-in-chief of the diary “Prince”, which he founded in 1989. He was part of the Freedom Union. From 2002 to 2011 he was vice president of the Polish-German Academic Society, and from 2003 to 2011 he was a associate of the Committee of Philosophical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

It is simply a virtual enemy constructed by clergymen and serving as a smokescreen for increasingly revealed cases of paedophilia in the Church," the letter says. “Instead of moral self-cleaning, confessing and repairing the damage, the Church’s hierarchs decided to attack the “evil” that they themselves invented—the expected “gender idealology”, distracting their own faults—paedophilia and its systematic concealment," states your Movement politicians. Comparing the “ideology of gender” to medieval battles with Satan, heretics or witches, the authors of the letter compose that “Polish hierarchs have called to life an enemy whose conflict is to divert attention from the actual problems of the Church, specified as pedophilia, clergy consumerism and laicization of the faithful, and from the actual problems of the family, specified as poverty, unemployment, deficiency of opportunities for young people, addiction, violence”. “They besides express an different obsession with sex and sex in another environments,” they write. “Be Christians – bear witness to the truth.
