"It's me" is the title of the book by Andrzej Duda. The president, via the X platform, reported that at the end of his presidency, he is releasing a fresh work. At first, Remigius Frost reacted to his post. "I feel threatened," said the author of the crime scenes.
Żulczyk entered this exchange
Duda didn't leave it without comment. He said, "He's very nice." "I besides have quite a few dialogues, interesting twists and intriguing motivations for heroes. I recommend, I greet!" – he wrote.
Then Jakub Żulczyk entered the "action", who with the president has a rich history. "I don't feel threatened there," said the author "Blooding from the lights", thus referring to Mroz's words.
Let us remind that inactive a fewer years ago Żulczyk was accused of insulting Andrzej Duda, whom he called "d****". It went on Twitter.
President Duda, after the U.S. election, congratulated President-elect Joe Biden on "a successful campaign" and announced that he was waiting for his formal appointment to office by the College of Electors. Żulczyk in his publication pointed out the usage of the phrase "nomination by the Elector College", stressing that there is no national body in the US that announces the president-elect.
The investigation against Żulczyk began after a private individual was notified. At the beginning of 2022, the territory Court in Warsaw dismissed the proceedings, arguing that "the accused of his conduct did not commit a crime, and the social harm of the act was negligible".
The prosecution appealed against this decision, but the Court of Appeal in Warsaw upheld the ruling in favour of the writer. It wasn't over yet. The D.A. filed a motion to reconsider the case. The ultimate Court dismissed her.
