Jakub Stelina: The labour court may admit the position of the fresh TC judges, but it will not let them to adjudicate

The labour court can decide whether a substitute oath without the presence of the president is valid, and people elected by the Sejm are judges of the Constitutional Court. Rather, it cannot order the Court's president to let them to rule, according to TK justice Jakub Stelina.
