Jakub Stelina: The Labour Court may recognise the position of fresh TK judges, but it will not let them to rule

The Labour Court may decide whether a replacement vow without the President's presence is valid and the persons elected by the Sejm are judges of the Constitutional Court. Rather, he cannot order the president of the Court to let them to rule, says justice Jakub Stelina.
