On Thursday, the TEU issued a judgement in Case C - 225/22, indicating that Polish courts should consider the verdicts issued by the judges of the Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs Chamber if they were appointed in a faulty procedure. Is there going to be legal chaos? Which judgments will the judges ignore? Will citizens lose their right to be erased?
