The MEP of Sovereign Poland, Patryk Jaka, expressed his view that accepting the Green Deal is simply a “great mistake that has harmed the right and Poland”. He attributed work for this step to erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecek and his environment within the framework of Law and Justice.
During the Tuesday conversation on Radio RMF24, Patryk Jaka commented on the statements of PiS MP and erstwhile head of KPRM, Michał Dworczyk, who on the air RMF FM mentioned a "parasitic system" involving Sovereign Poland.
"For a long time any politicians of the Sovereign Poland, including Patryk Jaka, have criticised more or little the beginning of the Law and Justice. If they are so negative about what is happening in our formation, they are so critical of management, I wonder what else they are doing in the United Right," Dworzyk said. In his opinion, "today this is simply a kind of parasitic system".
Patryk Jaka, referring to the statements of erstwhile Prime Minister's Office chief, appealed for calming emotions and refraining from utilizing vulgar language on the side of the people of Mateusz Morawiecki, claiming that this serves only [premier Donald – ed.] Tusk. In addition, he noted that there was no mention of the end of the United Right.

‘On the contrary. We add credibility to the projects of the United Right," he commented.
Like another politicians of Sovereign Poland, Patryk Jaka criticizes the erstwhile government under the leadership of Mateusz Morawiecki for agreeing to the Green Deal. According to this MEP, this decision was "not peculiarly good for Poland".
"It was a immense mistake that damaged the right and Poland. It is the work of Mateusz Morawiecki, not the full environment," said Jaka, quoted by RMF. "The government disagreed with the Green Deal. This decision was made by Mateusz Morawiecki himself without the approval of the coalition”.

"If they provoke and compose that I do not realize the EU and they do, let us remind what they have done: making the payment of funds dependent on the criterion of “left-handedness”; making the payment of KPO dependent on the fulfilment of the ideological version of the KPP; making the payment of funds dependent on milestones; against the complaints of Tusk – the liquidation of the Disciplinary Chamber for judges and prosecutors; letter to local governments to retreat from the resolutions “anti LGBT” or household protection; 12 forced amendments to the court laws rescuing Kasta and the “test of the impartiality of the judge” etc.; no veto on F55 [Fit for 55 – ed.] and climate package (...) And in return, we got nothing! The losing elections and the caste that laughs at us and the Germans who laughed as they saw you being played. The full sovereign Poland warned you, the same was done by many people all over the right (...). However, you were stubborn and we have results today. Now we gotta end the discussion and fight Tuski. However, the camp must draw conclusions and I only ask for it."
A fewer days ago, Paweł Jabłoński, erstwhile Deputy Head of the Polish Ministry of Justice, responded to the entry of erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice Sebastian Kaleta of Sovereign Poland, accusing SP politicians of being their “radicalist-screamers discouraged average voters” who supported the 3rd Road.
In response, Kaleta addressed him, noting that “after adopting certain laws in December 2017 and changing the Prime Minister, Your squad at the NPRM promised to hold talks with the EU that disputes would be resolved."
"You have the nerve, due to the fact that since 2018 changes to the SN laws to be “compromises” have been prepared by you. You had camp and voters, that you had everything under control. (...) Since 2018 you have prepared 5 laws(!) to close the dispute with the EU. With each of your concessions, the EU made fresh demands, and the opposition with the judges got wind on the sails. Our laws to end this chaos were blocked by you due to the fact that “it will destruct talks with the EU”. (...) For years in the camp, you have blocked our projects, you have pushed those agreed with the EU, now you blame us for things going the incorrect way”, wrote the erstwhile Deputy Minister.
"All your concessions have importantly limited Polish sovereignty. They gave the EU legitimacy to interfere in interior matters of Poland against the competences granted. You have entered a dangerous game with the EU,” he added.
You don't want to have a discussion, but you're going through the media and launching another public attack. Then it's time for a minute of fact on the improvement of the judiciary.
