Quite recently, I wondered whether the election consequence could be distorted by a possible forgery [1]
I then gave the anticipation of specified forgery:
1. As far as the referendum is concerned, it can be heard from all over Poland that there was a common practice in which election committees issued only 2 cards concerning parliamentary elections and did not issue referendum cards and either wrongly asked whether the voter wanted this card or not or gave it at the voters' express request. But the commissions were not allowed to issue referendum cards or ask for them. It was the voter who, possibly after receiving all the cards, could announce that he was giving up an empty referendum card and did not participate in the referendum.
2. Electoral tourism, where even the GW wrote a text entitled "Electoral tourists have recovered PiS mandates: 2 successes, 1 failure and 1 question mark" [2]. This is about an over a million Poles who voted not at their check-in place, but elsewhere and had certificates of voting rights outside their check-in place. According to the author of the blog, the problem was "to flood its supporters with places where supporters of the PIS have a majority and to tip the scales of triumph on their side". This was because: "from a region where winning with a large majority of votes is certain - any territory of Warsaw. The activists there study a willingness to vote in an area where the PiS always had a tiny advantage" and could thus lead to a failure of the PiS (ZP) in any voting circuit.
3) Multiple ballot. This is besides related to "electoral tourism", but it is already facing a crime. The point is that holders of certificates of chance to vote outside the place of residence could simply vote repeatedly in various electoral circuits. This, of course, can be determined by a thorough examination of the votes cast by those voting outside the check-in place and by determining whether there are actually people who have voted respective times. So digressionally: if it turned out that any Poles voted repeatedly, wouldn't that explain amazingly advanced attendance in parliamentary elections?
4. Purposeful "mistakes" during the night number of votes in the election committee. Who will sit on the electoral commissions is decided by the local government and we know that the PO and another totals in the local government have a majority, so I think that there is besides a majority in the electoral commissions having views *** ***. Unfortunately, PiS has slighted the necessity of having "husbands of trust" in all electoral commission in Poland. Even erstwhile a large initiative, which is the "Movement of Election Control" allowed to "look at hands" of committee members during the number of votes. I guess the Law and Justice was overconfident and he didn't watch all the election committees.
I return to this text, due to the fact that in the fresh "Commentary of Week" by W. Gadowski, the author describes the mechanics and the intent of electoral tourism.

The broadcast shows, among others, the website "Office of Election Journeys" for opposition voters indicating where opposition voters are to vote outside their place of residence, so that their vote weighs more than that 1 vote in elections [3].

W. Gadowski points out that even 1 vote given out of residence in utmost cases could weigh 5 times more than one.
The time to study irregularities to the SN in the elections and submit electoral protests to the SN expired yesterday. The ultimate Court noted 165 electoral protests and 264 referendum protests on yesterday by 4:00 p.m. The number will most likely be larger, due to the fact that there will be protests sent by post.
"After identifying all electoral protests, the ultimate Court in the composition of the full home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs on the basis of an election study presented by the State Commission The election and the opinions issued as a consequence of the proceeding of the protests find the validity of the elections, as well as the importance of the election of the associate or Senator against whom the protest was brought. The ruling takes the form of a resolution which is issued no later than the 90th day after the election day. So, since the election was held on 15 October, the resolution must be issued until and including 13 January 2024" [4].
