How to suppress innovation by law. Crisis of the Polish drone manufacture 2025 [ OPINION]

Even a fewer years ago, Poland was the European leader in commercial usage of drones, with a dynamically increasing marketplace and modern regulations. Today, the unmanned aviation sector is shrinking rapidly - under force from excessive penalties, complex procedures and national rules beyond EU law. The consequence is simply a massive resignation of operators, emigration of companies and a real hazard of failure of key competences besides for national security.
