The president of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski signed an order which prohibits the hanging of crosses on the walls of the offices, and officials from exposing spiritual symbols on desks.

Today (17.05.2014) at a press conference, the president of Warsaw confirmed that he ordered a photograph of crosses from walls and desks in Warsaw offices!

It's just a simple arrangement. We had quite a few questions about where there is area to display spiritual symbols. Hence a very broad regulation which deals with all issues relating to the equality of rights of non-discrimination, but besides that the spaces in which the Warsawers, Varsovians, should be absolutely neutral said Trzaskowski. – Here no 1 intends to lead any crusade, to act in a dogmatic way, (walks) only (about) clear guidelines: those spaces where the Warsawers are served, the Warsawians should be neutral. ...
