How to improve targeting drones and vehicles?

The thought of snipers fighting drones besides is not new. The Ukrainians are trying to do this more and more often, but since at least 2016, the Russians have been trained to do it. The task is very hard due to the fact that we are talking about average missiles that gotta hit a moving mark point-on, not a bolt (like in shooting darts) that increases the area of fire, but works at very short distances.
