The strategical partnership between Russia and Iran – despite not including a military agreement – functions on respective interrelated levels.
President Putin sent a friendly message to Ayatollah Mojta Chamenei, personally congratulating him for his election as ultimate Leader of the muslim Republic of Iran.
Words are crucial (It's my P.E.):
"At a time erstwhile Iran faces armed aggression, your efforts in this advanced position will undoubtedly require large courage and sacrifice. I am convinced that you will honor your father's work and unite the Iranian people in the face of a large challenge."
After highlighting the abroad "aggression" and continuity of the government, Putin explicitly confirmed the strategical partnership:
"I would like to confirm our unwavering support for Tehran and solidarity with our Iranian friends. Russia was and will stay a reliable partner of the muslim Republic."
The thought was that desperate president Trump, or neo-caligul, called Putin, asking him in rule to mediate and convince Iran to accept the ceasefire. Instead, he heard a polite recitation of uncomfortable facts about the war by choice that Epstein's syndicate had made to Iran.
Trump drops his favourite emissary, Steve Witkoff, along with a frail Jared Kushner and a push-up clown who calls himself Secretary of State for Constant Wars, as those who allegedly forced him to bomb Iran. Russian intelligence, Iranian execution and deficiency of military agreement
It is no secret that Moscow shared intelligence – and combat data – collected in Ukraine, which can be described as industrial, with Tehran.
