Describing an American military operation in Venezuela on Saturday, president Trump utilized a two-word title describing his determination to dominate the Western hemisphere.
"Now they call it ‘Donroe Doctrine’," Trump said, quoting the word utilized by another people whose names are not mentioned. Like many Trump, this besides has its roots in right-wing media.
