During the **defence24 Days**, during the panel led by Anna Maria Dyner from PISM, invited guests tried to answer this question. This group included Oleksandr Arhat, co-founder of the Military Portal; Brig. Gen. Jeton Dreshaj, Commander of the Doctrine and Training Command of the Kosovo safety Force; Lt. Gen. (Ret) Scott Kindsvater, erstwhile Deputy president of NATO Military Committee and manager of Operations and Intelligence at SHAPE; Wojciech Konończuk from the Center for east Studies, and Dr. Michał Marek from the Centre for investigation on Modern Environment.
