How Poland can benefit from a peace dividend

The end of the war does not automatically mean the end of the bills. Europe, and in peculiar Poland, can bring an economical "dividend", not so much in the form of abrupt saves on defence, but thanks to lower risk, more investment, reconstruction of Ukraine and more unchangeable trade. First, however, we will gotta pay for safety and reconstruction, but only after that can there be a real profit from peace.
