The College of the territory Court in Wrocław rejected the application of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek, intending to dismiss Vice president Andrzej Lewandowski. He is simply a justice nominated in the times of the PiS rule, whose politicians of the ruling coalition now call neojudges.
