How the National Cultural Center didn't buy its own headquarters. And the grant money went to TVP

In 2024, the National Cultural Centre received PLN 69 million to acquisition a building on Mazowiecka Street in Warsaw. The transaction was cancelled at the last minute and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage donated money to public media. The budget of the Ministry for the following year lacked funds for the fresh seat for the NCK.
