How to finance technologies? K-S SEZ on investments

How do we enter the defence sector, where do we get the backing and which technologies have the top possible today? The conference "Investment in Defence and Dual-use" organized by Kostrzyn-Słubice peculiar economical region at Poznań University of Technology focused around these questions. Representatives of business, administration, discipline and institutions supporting investments came to Poznań, and the subject of the talks was first of all the applicable conditions for companies entering the defence sector.
