The territory Court in Warsaw dismissed the criminal trial which Jacek Siewara, erstwhile head of the National safety Bureau, issued against Radosław Grucy, writer of the service Goniec.pl (Iberion). The suit active defamation, which was expected to take place in journalist's material.
