Jacek Siewiera: civilian protection systems should undergo a profound transformation today

The conference is to be attended by, among others, the chief commanders of the State Fire Service and the Volunteer Fire Service, the heads and advanced representatives of the civilian protection institutions of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
