Jacek Czaputowicz: in the case of SAFE, both PiS and KO are guided by electoral logic

"I think that Poland will adopt the SAFE program, due to the fact that the government is decisive and even if president Karol Nawrocki does not sign this law, we already have signals that it will implement this program based on another regulations," said Prof. Jacek Czaputowicz, erstwhile Minister of abroad Affairs, in an interview with Rzeczpospolita.
