Jacek Czaputowicz: A hard parting with the Czaputowicz doctrine

Are you acquainted with the Monroe Doctrine, which states that the American continent is the US sphere of influence? And the Brezhnev Doctrine of limited sovereignty of socialist states? I have no uncertainty about that. But there is besides the Czaputowicz Doctrine. Minister Tomasz Siemoniak has just announced that it consists of turning a blind eye to who enters the country, due to the fact that everyone goes to Germany anyway.
