The Testament of the Grey Man

1. I protest against civilian liberties being restricted by the authorities.

2. I protest against the violations by the ruling democratic principles, in peculiar against the demolition (in practice) of the Constitutional Court and the demolition of the strategy of independent courts.

3. I protest against the violation of the law by the authority, in peculiar the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. I protest that those who are liable (including the President) should take any action towards changes in the current constitution – first let them respect the 1 that is presently in force.

4. I protest against specified exercise of power that persons in the highest positions in the country carry out orders issued by an indeterminate decision centre related to the president of PiS, who are not liable for their decisions. I protest specified work in the Sejm erstwhile laws are created in haste, without discussion and appropriate consultation, frequently at night, and then should be corrected almost immediately.

5. I protest against marginalizing Poland's function in the global arena and making our country laugh.

6. I protest the demolition of nature especially by those who are expected to defend it (a cut of the Białowieża Forest and another naturally valuable areas, forging the hunting lobby, promoting coal-based energy).

7. I protest the sharing of society, strengthening and deepening these divisions. In particular, I protest the building of the "Smolenian religion" and the sharing of people against this background.

8. I protest against the séances of hatred that have become "Smolenian months" and against the language of hatred and xenophobia introduced by the authorities to the public debate.

9. I protest against the casting of all possible positions by my people, who are mostly not qualified.

10. I protest against diminishing achievements, throwing mud and destroying authority specified as Lech Wałęsa, or erstwhile CEOs of TK.

11. I protest the excessive centralisation of the state and the changes in law concerning local governments and NGOs in accordance with the political needs of the ruling party.

12. I protest against the enemy of power towards immigrants and against discrimination against various number groups: women, homosexuals (and others from LGBT), Muslims and others.

13. I protest against the complete incapacitation of public tv and almost the full radio and making them tubes of propaganda power. Especially hurt by demolition (luckily not yet complete) Threes – the radio I have listened to since I was young.

14. I protest the usage of peculiar services, police and prosecutors to fulfill their own (party or private) goals.

15. I protest the unthinkable, unconsulted and unprepared improvement of education.

16. I protest against ignoring the tremendous needs of wellness care.

Protests against the current authorities could make much more, but I focused on those that are most important, which reconcile the existence and functioning of the full state and society.
I'm not making any calls to the current authorities due to the fact that I don't think that would do anything. Many people smarter and more acquainted than me, like many Polish and European institutions, have already called upon these authorities to act differently, and invariably these appeals have been ignored and those calling for mud. I'm certain I'll be thrown in mud for what I did too. But at least I'll be in good company.

On the another hand, I would like the president of PIS and the full PIS nomenclature to admit that my death straight burdens them and that they have my blood on their hands.

I address my call to all Poles and Poles who decide who governs Poland, to argue what the current power is doing and against what I am protesting. And don't be deceived that all now and then the government's activity calms down and gives appearances of normality (such as last time) – in a fewer days or weeks they will proceed the offensive again, they will break the law again. And they'll never go back and give back what they've already earned.

That's a beautiful grumpy saying, but it truly fits in here: if we don't, then who? Who, like us, is expected to clean up our country? If not now, when? all minute of hold makes the situation in the country more hard and harder to fix.

First of all, I call for those who support the writing to wake up – even if you like the Pistol's demands, take into account that not all way they are implemented is acceptable. Follow your ideas within the democratic regulation of law, not in the way you do today.

Those who do not support the writing, due to the fact that the policy is indifferent to them or have another preferences I call for action – it is not adequate to wait for what time will bring, it is not adequate to express discontent among friends, 1 must act. And there's quite a few forms and possibilities.

Please remember, though, that the voters of Writing are our mothers, brothers, neighbors, friends and colleagues. It is not about war with them (this is what the Writ would have wanted) or "to convert them" (because it is naive) but about their views being carried out in accordance with the laws and principles of democracy. It may be adequate to change organization leadership.

I, a simple, grey man like you, call you all – do not wait any longer! We must change this power as shortly as possible before it completely destroys our country before it completely deprives us of our freedom. And I love freedom above all else. That's why I decided to self-incind, and I hope that my death will shake the consciences of many people, that society will wake up and that you will not wait until politicians do everything for you – due to the fact that they will not!

Wake up! It's not besides late!
