New Israeli aircraft are to bear the F-15IA (Israel Advanced) designation and will be mill fresh aircraft. A full of up to 50 aircraft were authorised to be sold. In addition, the American manufacture is to carry out the modernization already held by Israel of the 25 best of its F-15I Ra’am (leading from the F-15E Strike Eagle). After its completion, these machines are to bear an F-15I+ marking and have akin capabilities as F-15IA. The full contract can be worth up to US$18.82 billion and is to be carried out through the FMS (Foreign Military Sales) procedure.
