Israel: We killed the Iranian intelligence minister in the attack

Israeli defence minister Israel Kac announced present that an intelligence minister of this state Esmail Chatib was killed in the night attack on Iran. Iran has not confirmed this information. It would be another high-ranking government typical in Tehran killed in an Israeli strike.

Kac added that it is inactive possible to anticipate "significant surprises" present in the fight against Iran and supporting the Lebanese state Hezbollah.

He pointed out that he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu allowed the military to kill “higher ranks of Iranian officials” without having to get prior approval.

Chatib is simply a Shiite clergyman who headed the Ministry of Intelligence in 2021. He previously served in the ranks of the Iranian muslim Revolutionary defender Corps (IRGC), and was besides an associate of Iran's ultimate leader Ali Chamenei.
