Israel in Gaza – evidence of crime

In all war, all organization active in it yet commits crimes, due to the fact that war itself is simply a crime which global law only somewhat restricts. If Israel happens to commit crimes in Gaza, it does not change the fact that there is simply a legitimate and essential war in Gaza. Similarly, the fact that Palestinians usage panic does not invalidate their right to self-determination.
