Israel: Netanjah's fresh conditions will hinder Gaza negotiations?

This week in Cairo and Dosze, another circular of negotiations will take place on the release of Israeli hostages and on a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel. The meetings will be attended by: CIA chief William Burns, Mossad chief David Barnea, Egyptian intelligence chief Abbas Kamel and Qatar prime minister Mohammed al Thani.
