Iran-supported Lebanese Hezbollah carried out a massive rocket and artillery blast of northern Israel from Thursday night to Friday," reported the AFP agency. The attack was a reaction to erstwhile Israeli strikes at targets in Lebanon. There's no evidence of any casualties or damage.

"In consequence to the criminal Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and villages, including the confederate suburb of Beirut, militants of the muslim opposition carried out an attack [...] with rocket volleys and artillery fire," Hezbollah stated in an authoritative announcement.

Emergency sirens have resounded many times in Israeli border towns including Kirjat Szemon, Metulla and Misgaw Am. The series of alarms continued continuously for 25 minutes from 2.14 (1.4 in Poland) local time on Friday.

To date, there is no information about the injured and the demolition of the infrastructure.
