Italy to hand over SAMP/T anti-aircraft strategy to Ukraine

The French-Italian SAMP/T anti-aircraft defence strategy will be handed over to Ukraine this spring, Italy's defence ministry said on Friday after talks between its head Guido Crosetto and French Armed Forces Minister Sebastien Lecornu. They stressed that the strategy would enable Ukraine to defend itself against attacks by Russian drones, missiles and aircraft.
