Italy Joins SAFE. It Will Compete for Nearly 15 Billion Euros in defence Funding

Italy will join the EU’s SAFE program and will apply for 14.9 billion euros in support, according to the Minister of abroad Affairs of the Italian Republic, Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani. The announcement of the decision was preceded by a political discussion on the matter.
