President Andrzej Duda pardoned Robert Bakiewicz primarily due to the fact that he was most likely ordered to do so by Jaroslaw Kaczynski, Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk of the fresh Left, the Minister of Family, labour and Social Policy, said in "Facts after Facts" on TVN24. In her view, this is "tightening the ties of the path-right, the utmost right with the Right and Justice."
