Even a million zlotys – that is the administrative punishment which the Provincial Inspector for Environmental Protection (WIŚ) has the right to impose for failure to keep or incorrectly keep records of construction waste. Importantly, even if the deposited land has possible utility value and could be reused, its retention on a private game may be illegal. This position was confirmed by the Provincial Administrative Court in Łódź and then the ultimate Administrative Court.
