It's done. EC adopted a trade agreement with Mercosur

The European Commission adopted on Wednesday a controversial trade agreement with the South American bloc, Mercosur. She proposed a provisional agreement to be in force until national parliaments ratified the overall agreement. It will enter into force following the agreement of the EP and 15 EU associate States.
