ISW alarms: Russians are attacking Kharkiv. Aim? Border safety zone

Russian forces proceed the offensive in the Kharkiv Oblast in the northeast of Ukraine, capturing fresh areas. The American Institute of War Studies estimates that their goal is to make a buffer region along the border. This could be the beginning of more determined offensive actions that will put the Ukrainians in a hard situation.
